Knowles Centre has been part of the Winnipeg community since 1907. We provide treatment and skill-based programs for almost 300 young people each year. Many have histories of trauma, abuse, neglect, or come from families challenged by inter-generational trauma. Here they receive the help needed to heal their hearts, minds, and souls, and find a path to a better future.
Are you a professional with experience in finance, accounting, law, property management, marketing, fundraising and/or Indigenous issues and culture and want to help make a difference? Do you have lived experience with Child and Family Services, mental health counselling or social services? Consider applying to join our Board.

Knowles Centre Inc. acknowledges that we are gathered on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional territory of Anishinaabee, Cree, Anisininew, Dakota, and Dene People, and the homeland of the Métis Nation. With the spirit of reconciliation and decolonization, we seek to understand our place in history, and build alliances with Indigenous communities through education and collaboration.
